Refund and Returns Policy

We handle refunds and returns in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.


Digital Courses

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not provided once access has been granted.

However, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement if:

  • the product is faulty or not as described
  • the product does not perform as reasonably expected

If you experience any issues, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the problem.


Teacher Professional Development and Services

For bookings such as teacher professional development or student incursions:

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible
  • We will consider refunds or credits on a case-by-case basis
  • Where services have already been delivered, refunds are not available

Physical Products (Robotics Hardware)

For physical products such as robotics kits:

You are entitled to a replacement or refund if the product:

  • is faulty or defective
  • is not as described
  • does not perform as expected

We do not provide refunds for change of mind.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty.
